バレエピアニスト

大阪出身。クラリネット奏者の父親とピアニストの母親、2人の姉の影響を受けて幼少よりバレエとピアノを学ぶ。長女の針山愛美はベルリン国立バレエ団を退団し現在フリーランスとして活躍。次女の針山祐美はニューヨーク留学、劇団四季を経て、現在横浜市でワイダンス・エンターテイメント・スタジオを経営、指導。

ピアノは母と前田和美氏に師事。バレエは10歳まで天満徳子バレエスクール、11歳より法村・友井バレエ学校で学ぶ。16歳の時初めて渡米しアメリカ・インターナショナルバレエにスカラーシップでバレエ研修。イリーナ・コルパコワの指導を受ける。17歳より毎年行われている日露教会主催ワガノワバレエアカデミー特別レッスンのピアニストとなり日本全国で活躍、リュドミラ・コワリョーワ氏に気に入られツアーを共にする。

1995年、2002年、2004年にロシア、サンクトペテルブルグを訪れワガノワバレエ学校、マールイバレエ劇場（レニングラードバレエ）にてバレエ研修。2001年、2003年、2006年、2009年に「夢コンサート」を大阪と東京で主催。両親と姉2人、海外や国内からの著名ゲストを迎え、さらに夢コンサートの為のオーケストラをも結成し、生演奏とダンスにこだわった公演を開催。自らもダンスとピアノを披露。公演は大入り袋が出るほどの盛況となり多数の新聞やテレビ番組でも取り上げられた。

2003年にニューヨークへ留学。

2005年から本格的に活動開始。

ニューヨークのダンススタジオ、ステップス・オンブロードウェイ、ブロードウェイダンスセンター、アルビンエイリーダンスセンター、バレエアーツ、バレエアカデミーイースト、アメリカンバレエシアター等でバレエピアニストとして活躍。

2005年よりバレエ指導者としても活動。

2007年からは100年以上の歴史がある「日本クラブ」の講師として招かれバレエを楽しめるようになるためのレクチャーを定期的に行う。

2009年からはロサンゼルスに招かれバレエ特別講師として出張指導を行っている。

日本各地でもチャコットを始め各地でゲスト講師として招かれマスタークラスを行っている。

2010年9月、39ストリートと5アベニューと6アベニューの間に自らのHariyama Ballet New York - M performing artsスタジオをオープン。バレエを広め、バレエで健康になり、元気になり、バレエで夢や目標が出来、少しでもバレエが身近に楽しめる環境づくりに力を注いでいる。

バレエ教室には現在2歳の子ども達からプロを目指す生徒、そして大人までが通っている。

近年は生徒達がコンクールで入賞を果たしバレエ団へも送り出している。

​

 

毎年夏にはサマーインテンシブ、集中講習会を開催。また定期的にマスタークラスを開催し、ジュリー・ケントを始めアメリカンバレエシアターや各国のバレエ界の著名ダンサーをゲスト講師に招いている。

​

2006年から定期的にニューヨークでバレエと音楽の融合した公演を主宰。

バレエや音楽を身近に楽しんでもらい、子供たちに夢を与え、人々が芸術で少しでも明るく平和になれるよう願っていいる。

​

2014年、2ディズニー初のオフィシャルバレエCDのアレンジ、編曲、演奏を全て担当。

​​キッズ、ジュニア、アダルト向けの3枚が発売され大変好評を得る。

2023年までに全国からニューヨークに来た約700人の生徒を指導、30回の公演を制作・主催。

その他ニューヨークの情報発信者としてチャコット・オンラインマガジンのダンスキューブへニューヨークのダンス公演等のレポートを執筆。

夢を持ってニューヨークに来るダンサーの支援者としてアパートメントの提供とサポートも行っている。
